If you’re feeling low, raising your vibration can help to boost you up. Even if you’re feeling on top of the world, raising your vibe can move you forward even further. Like I’ve said, I created this space to tap into the different dimensions in life and explore all of the many ways that we can raise our vibration and slay in our lives. My inspiration has come from experience, research and constant learning. The possibilities are endless. Raising your vibe and self love might be soaking up some sunshine or preparing a nurturing meal. It might go even deeper than that, such as setting an intention and making a promise to yourself to practice this care even when you’re having a bad day and might not be your “positive” self.

I think we have this thing in life where we pat ourselves on the back when we are as we think we should be. Then we slam ourselves with judgment and harshness when we aren’t. True self love comes from loving ourselves unconditionally, even in the shadows. Giving ourselves permission to feel the hurt, fear, anger, sadness, etc…

At that point, our awareness and acceptance begin to merge and create a balance. So begin to set intentions for yourself. This is an internal promise that carries you along. Maybe it’s patience, for example. From there, you can work this into your positivity challenge from yesterday. Be aware of your thoughts, allow yourself to feel them without judgment or apology…but then remind yourself of your intention and look at things from another angle.

In time, this will become a loving habit. It’s all an ongoing process, isn’t it? Till the next time,
