Cancellation Policy:  

EFFECTIVE MARCH 2019

Due to a recent, large amount of last minute cancellations that have impacted the flow of business, Luminous By Laurie must enforce a cancellation fee. Please understand that this is a service that requires a certain amount of prep on the client and travel time on the artist and it is not easy to reschedule at the last minute.  Any appointments cancelled within a 24 hour time frame are responsible for full payment via Pay Pal or Venmo within 24 hours and will require a 50% deposit to further schedule another service. This disclosure will be agreed upon by both artist and client effective March 12, 2019 before tanning appointment is secured by both parties.

Rescheduling:

A 24 hour notice is required should you need to reschedule your session. This is especially important during peak seasons (holidays, prom, homecoming, etc) to ensure another time slot.

Hours of Service:

Monday-Friday 7 am – 6 pm

Saturday 8 am – 2 pm
